1. APPOINTMENT, LATE, NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you notify the salon if you expect to arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate you; however, late arrivals without notice may result in your appointment being treated as a walk-in or rescheduled based on availability.

Clients who miss three appointments without prior notice will no longer be eligible to book future appointments and will be accepted on a walk-in basis only. Your punctuality allows us to respect the time of our technicians and other guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

2. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPAIR POLICY

All services and gift certificate sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered.

If you experience an issue related to service quality, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit. We are happy to schedule a complimentary repair within 7 days of the original service date.

Complimentary repairs apply only to service-related issues such as:

  • Gel or polish chipping
  • Breakage caused by application concerns

Repairs do not include:

  • Change of color, design, or shape
  • Damage caused by external force, accidents, biting, picking, or improper at-home care

Once you leave the salon, the service is considered accepted. Please notify a manager immediately during your visit if you are dissatisfied, so adjustments can be made on the spot.

3. LENGTH & SHAPE CHARGES

Certain nail shapes require additional time, skill, and product. The following shapes may incur extra charges: Almond, Coffin, Ballerina, Stiletto, Tapered/Narrow Square, and Square.

Length charges range from $5 to $30, depending on nail length, structure, and materials used. Pricing varies due to individual nail bed differences and the complexity of achieving proper balance, durability, and shape.

Acrylic Refills:
Length and shaping fees may still apply during refills, as longer nails require additional time to correct structure, apex, and balance. Trimming or reshaping during refills may also incur additional charges.

4. GIFT CERTIFICATES

Tiffany’s Nails & Spa gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for one year from the purchase date. Gift certificates may be redeemed only for services at our salon and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift certificates.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.

Right To Refuse Service

Tiffany’s Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at any time to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.
